Privacy, security and Mailtrack

In Mailtrack your data is secure and your emails are private:

- No one at Mailtrack reads your emails, the service runs over automated software

- The permissions from Gmail / Google that Mailtrack needs are used exclusively to provide you the Mailtrack service, not for other purposes. We never send emails on your behalf to third parties, we never share your emails with third parties and we don't collect nor share your browsing data. 

- We don't disclose the IP nor location of the recipient of the tracked emails. 
- We have a team of people in charge of the security and privacy in order to guarantee the privacy of your emails.  

- Mailtrack information is transmitted to our server using 256-bit encryption, and is stored on drives in a locked cage in our hosting facility.

As a data processor Mailtrack complies with the European Union's data protection laws. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with data protection laws in the territory where they are based. Our public Privacy Policy constitutes a binding data processing agreement (DPA) in case you need it.
