Tracking mails sent prior to installing Mailtrack

Unfortunately, it is not possible to track mail opens retrospectively. This is because e-mails sent before Mailtrack was installed on your browser will not have a tracking pixel added to them, meaning that we would have no way of identifying if the e-mails have been read or not.
