Mailtrack not working? Try reinstalling!

Most problems with Mailtrack can be solved by uninstalling then reinstalling the Mailtrack extension on your browser.

If you're not sure how to uninstall an extension from Chrome then Google provides instructions explaining how to do so here.

If you are using Firefox, these instructions from Mozilla can help you to uninstall our extension from your browser.

This post in the Opera forum can help you to uninstall Mailtrack from Opera.

This Microsoft doc can help you remove Mailtrack from Edge.

Once you've uninstalled Mailtrack you can reinstall it again by doing as follows:
  • Go to the  Mailtrack website and install Mailtrack.
  • Accept the permissions.
  • Choose the email account you want to link with Mailtrack and follow the prompts to activate our service on your email account.
