Transferring my Mailtrack subscription to another email account

You can transfer your current subscription to another email address at any time by going to, signing into your Mailtrack account currently associated with your subscription, accessing the Account page, then clicking on the "Transfer Account" option in the upper-right hand corner. 

Please note:  Mailtrack Free first needs to be activated on the email account to which you would like to transfer your subscription. To activate Mailtrack Free for the email address you'd like to use with your subscription, go to and sign in with that email account.
