Transfer your Mailtrack subscription to another email account

You can transfer your current subscription to another email address at any time by doing as follows:

1) Go to and sign into the Mailtrack account currently associated with your subscription.
2) Click on Account in the menu to the left of the screen.
3) Click on the Transfer Account option in the upper-right hand corner. 

3) Enter in the field provided the email address you wish to transfer your subscription to, then click on the blue Transfer subscription button.

Please note:  Mailtrack Free first needs to be activated on the email account to which you would like to transfer your subscription. To activate Mailtrack Free for the email address you'd like to use with your subscription, go to and sign in with that email account.
