You can automatically put your CRM in copy of your emails by doing as follows:

1) Go to your Mailtrack settings
2) Enable the option Send copy to CRM then paste your CRM's email address (this can usually be found in your CRM's settings) in the field provided.

3) Click Save settings.

The send copy to CRM feature is only available to Mailtrack Pro users.
