I have a paid Mailtrack subscription but it is still showing that I have Mailtrack Free

If you´ve purchased a Pro or Basic subscription but in your Gmail/Inbox account you still appear to have the free version of Mailtrack then logging out then logging back into your email account should fix this. 

If it says that your current plan is Mailtrack Free in your account information, however, then there may have been a problem with your subscription payment, in which case please contact our support team so that they can check what happened and advise on the next steps to take.
